Position Overview
Les Viandes Intercité, a subsidiary company of Gordon Food Service, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support their energetic team in Anjou. Position:
Full-time, Permanent.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (rotating hours). Address: 7755 Rue Grenache, Anjou, QC H1J 1C4.
- Provide an advisory role to managers in their daily activities.
- Plan, develop, and follow up on training and onboarding sessions for operations employees.
- Answer various questions from staff.
- Participate in different HR activities such as:
- Performance management
- Occupational health and safety
- Compensation
- Disability files
- Corporate events
- Offer support regarding problem resolution and the application of HR management policies and procedures, particularly the interpretation of labor agreements and labor legislation.
- Participate and support the staffing process as needed.
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a HR generalist role.
- Knowledge of labor laws such as LNT, LSST, and LATMP.
- Bilingual in written and spoken French and English.
- Motivated to coach and influence experienced managers.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
