You will partner with the Head of HR and collaborate with various leaders to streamline onboarding and maintain compliance in HR processes. This role is crucial in managing candidate experiences and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer

• Source candidates via Linked In, referrals, and job boards

• Coordinate structured interview processes with hiring managers

• Manage new hire onboarding and employee documentation

• Support HR policy updates and internal documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in recruiting and HR coordination

• Proven ability to run independent recruiting cycles

• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfort with using modern tools and AI for operations
