In this position, you will be part of a dedicated People & Culture team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and maintain strong candidate pipelines for varied roles. This role thrives on your ability to build relationships and engage with potential hires effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain active candidate pipelines through various channels

• Conduct candidate screenings and manage interview processes

• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies

• Present talent updates in weekly meetings

• Support seasonal hiring initiatives and recruitment content

Requirements:

• Recruitment or human resources background preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Effective communication and relationship-building talents

• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting

• Passion for fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices
