Position: Recruiter Role at Advanced RPO

In this role, you’ll engage with hiring leaders to comprehend their talent needs and market dynamics. You're tasked with creating innovative sourcing plans, screening candidates, and providing them with continuous support throughout the hiring process. Employ your strong communication abilities to clearly present opportunities and negotiate effectively with prospective hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs and market trends with leaders

• Execute sourcing strategies using ATS and social media

• Assess candidates and guide them through hiring stages

• Provide clear communication and updates to candidates

• Facilitate interview coordination and feedback collection

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting environments

• Proficient in ATS platforms and social recruiting skills

• Familiarity with HR principles and Ontario employment laws

• Strong customer-first mindset in relationship-building

• Ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting
