Join the Musselwhite Mine as the Talent & Site Workforce Lead, driving recruitment, talent development, and strategic workforce solutions. Collaborate with operational leaders and partners to enhance organizational performance.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Superintendent, this position plays a pivotal role in translating workforce plans into dynamic recruitment and development strategies. You will engage with educational institutions, community partners, and Indigenous organizations to shape workforce initiatives, monitor capacity trends, and facilitate career growth. This role demands exceptional communication and analytical skills to support operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce planning and staffing forecast activities

• Monitor workforce capacity and vacancy trends

• Manage recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines

• Foster relationships with educational and community partners

• Support Indigenous employment initiatives and workforce programs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in Human Resources

• At least 3 years in recruitment or talent management

• Previous mining experience is an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office
