In this critical role within the Talent Acquisition team based in Canada, your focus will be on full-cycle recruitment for technical positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, providing insights that shape strategies and meet workforce needs. Leveraging your skills, you’ll create talent pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process for Infrastructure and Real Estate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and project-based roles

• Advise hiring managers on market insights and strategies

• Conduct intake meetings to tailor hiring success profiles

• Proactively source candidates through market mapping

• Manage candidate experiences with timely communications

Requirements:

• 5-6+ years of recruitment experience in technical fields

• Proven ability in engaging passive candidates

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Effective in high-volume recruitment environments
