In this temporary 12-month role, you will collaborate closely with hiring leaders and human resources to enhance our recruitment processes. Your experience in in-house recruitment, strong computer skills, and ability to assess talent will guide you in crafting compelling job advertisements and conducting thorough interviews. Your insights will make a significant difference in our hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with hiring leaders to facilitate recruitment

• Craft and post engaging job advertisements

• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements

• Conduct behavioral-based interviews effectively

• Prepare accurate offer letters articulating our value proposition

Requirements:

• Three years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Strong talent assessment skills

• Experience engaging with various leadership levels
