You will oversee recruitment, compliance with labour laws, and collective agreement administration, enhancing organizational effectiveness by promoting retention and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce planning aligned with operational goals

• Manage labour relations with UFCW union representatives

• Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with employment standards and regulations

• Supervise HR staff and manage HR operations

Requirements:

• Minimum five years progressive HR experience

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Strong knowledge of Canadian HR compliance

• Ability to coach on employee performance issues

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
