Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Specialist based in our Montreal office. This opportunity is a 2-month contract
, and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops and interns
  • Provide an exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop, coordinate and attend campus recruitment events
  • Leverage relationships with key academic partners inclusive of faculty, career office employees, and students
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement and manage National campus recruitment agenda
  • Leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors and clients. Collaborate on the delivery of the campus program.
  • Elevate the Firm’s image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools and actively engage in creating content
  • Monitor industry and market trends and implement strategies and new innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
  • Travel will be required

  • Experience planning and facilitating events and presentations is an asset
  • You are a strategic thinker with planning experience
  • Experience building employer brand is an asset
  • You have superior time management and ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests
  • Recently graduated or 1+ years of experience
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders is an asset
  • Prior campus recruitment or talent acquisition experience is an asset
  • You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Due to the frequent and complex contact with our English-speaking partners and clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, and the need to draft documents in English, knowledge of English is essential for this position.
