Associate Recruiter

Location: North Interlake (Stonewall)

The Associate Recruiter role is responsible for recruiting candidates for job openings in a timely manner. This role also offers the opportunity for developing job openings with new and existing clients. You
42ll be expected to become knowledgeable about your assigned industry as well as the positions and titles of those working within it.
Responsibilities:
Identify, source, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
Identify potential Impact Players for Seniors to proactively market to clients/prospects
Create and use marketing, recruiting and voicemail scripts
Call prospective candidates to introduce them to current opportunities
Create a consistent communication plan for developing candidate relationships while maintaining a record of all communications
Conduct preliminary assessments of each candidate’s skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change
Qualify candidates through detailed interviews to access skills, abilities, experience and overall fit
Submit well-suited candidates for open job orders with clients
Align candidates with opportunities for which they are a “best fit”
Compensation:
Base salary (commensurate with experience)
