Position: Data-Driven Leadership Co-op Role
Location: Cariboo and West Okanagan (100 Mile House)

Take on a rewarding Data-Driven Leadership Co-op with Teck at Highland Valley Copper, Logan Lake, BC. This temporary full-time role emphasizes workforce development through analytical strategies.

We’re seeking a proactive co-op student interested in integrating technology with training effectiveness. You will support safety and operational capabilities while assisting with the creation and execution of training programs backed by data insights. This role is essential in fostering a learning culture in a mining context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safety leadership and compliance initiatives

• Coordinate and manage training programs on-site

• Produce analytical reports to assess training effectiveness

• Collaborate on updating training materials using modern techniques

• Aid in integrating automation and digital tools into training

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business or Human Resources

• Solid analytical and data interpretation capabilities

• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license for site accessibility
