Location: Vineland
Data One is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR administration, lifecycle management, and on-site HR support at Vineland, NJ. You will be the first contact for employees and managers on HR matters, ensure accurate HRIS data, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
You will handle contracts, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding while maintaining confidential records and complying with labor laws.
