Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff recruitment processes under policy

• Counsel on HR laws and employment trends

• Implement salary grid effectively for new hires

• Manage employee benefits communication

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Two-year Diploma in Human Resource Management

• Three years of experience in recruitment

• CHRP designation is a plus

• Proficient in computer applications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
