Position: Internship in HR and Learning at Schaeffler

Join Schaeffler for a 12-month Human Resources internship starting September 2026. This is a fantastic chance for students to explore recruitment, training development, and digital learning tools.

In this role, you will work across both Stratford locations, supporting recruitment processes, helping develop training content, and maintaining Learning Management Systems. The internship is a blend of operational HR tasks and innovative learning projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes for students and hourly workers

• Aid in maintaining training and qualification records

• Develop eLearning content through Articulate 360 and Camtasia

• Support the HR department in daily operational tasks

• Collaborate on training development and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a relevant field

• Experience with instructional design or eLearning is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Reliable transportation to the offices preferred
