This full-time, one-year term role in Hantsport, NS offers practical exposure across the HR lifecycle. You'll assist with recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and support payroll administration. Using ADP Workforce Now and modern digital tools, you’ll help streamline HR operations and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment actions, including job postings and candidate screenings

• Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes

• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation

• Support payroll activities and assist with training schedules

• Document HR correspondence and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree specializing in Human Resources

• 1-2 years of HR or administrative support experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms

• Excellent communication skills in professional settings
