We are seeking a qualified HR Generalist with at least two years of experience in human resources within a manufacturing setting. This role requires knowledge of HR practices, safety regulations, and effective interpersonal skills. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, and provide dedicated support on employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HR policies and personnel procedures

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

• Administer employee performance and compensation programs

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide HR advisory services for employee relations

Requirements:

• Associate degree in HR or related field

• Minimum two years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Understanding of safety systems and OSHA regulations

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills and confidentiality
