Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Dumas Contracting is hiring a Recruiter for its Timmins office. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing and supporting recruitment efforts for diverse mining projects.

As a Recruiter, you'll provide essential support to the Human Resources and Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing relationships throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you'll analyze recruitment data to provide actionable insights while ensuring compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess candidate resumes

• Work with teams to identify staffing needs

• Build relationships with candidates during hiring

• Analyze data and generate recruitment reports

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in administrative roles

• Experience in mining recruitment preferred

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Jobvite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
