Keethanow Group of Businesses is hiring a full time Staffing Coordinator. This crucial role involves leading recruitment efforts and supporting human resources operations.

The Staffing Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Support Services, is responsible for managing all recruitment processes. This includes posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate personnel records. You will ensure a compliant hiring process that meets organizational standards and fosters employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to onboarding

• Prepare resumes, screening documents, and interview packages

• Schedule and lead screening and interview sessions

• Maintain employee records and personnel documentation

• Assist in implementing employee training and development programs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in HR or related field

• Three years of relevant HR or staffing experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
