As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee HR activities including staffing, performance management, and employee engagement. Your proven abilities in change management, conflict resolution, and labor relations will drive the division’s HR initiatives forward. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement policies and enhance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing, onboarding, and employee development activities

• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions

• Analyze and address absenteeism and turnover rates

• Liaise with management to enhance workforce learning

• Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in human resources management, preferably in unions

• Post-secondary education in Business Management or HR

• Professional HR designation like CHRL or SHRM

• Strong knowledge of labor relations and HR legislation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
