Reporting to the HR Director, you'll provide strategic HR support across diverse customer groups. Focus on addressing labor issues while enhancing management skills and organizational practices. Collaborate with HR experts to deliver impactful staffing and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer coaching on HR management for executives
• Implement HR strategies tailored to operational issues
• Evaluate working conditions and labor relations
• Work closely on hiring, compensation, and training
• Facilitate prompt grievance handling for employee concerns
Requirements:
• University Degree in Industrial Relations or related discipline
• At least 9 years of HR management experience
• Understanding of Canada’s labor laws
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in French and English
