General Manager - Property Restoration; Equity

Position: General Manager - Property Restoration (Equity Opportunity)

DKI – Pro Pacific, part of the DKI Canada franchise network, is a locally owned, nationally backed, property restoration company delivering emergency response, mitigation, and reconstruction services. We’re looking for a seasoned restoration leader to step into a true General Manager role at our Victoria location, driving operational excellence and business growth.

The Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position with full accountability for performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Full P&L ownership and financial performance

Oversight of emergency response, mitigation, contents, and reconstruction

Business development and relationship management

Managing estimating, scoping, and file quality (Xactimate / Xact Analysis)

Controlling margins, cycle times, supplements, and AR

Leading project teams and field crews

Improving SOPs, KPIs, and operational discipline

Working directly with ownership on growth and strategic direction

You’ll be expected to run the business, not just manage people.

The Ideal Candidate

7–10+ years in property restoration

Proven experience running operations or a branch with profit responsibility

Strong understanding of:

Water, fire, and mold mitigation

Reconstruction workflows

Estimating, scoping, and insurer expectations

Comfortable building and maintaining client, insurer and industry partner relationships

Commercial mindset – understands margins, utilization and cash flow

Thinks like an owner, with a leadership style built on accountability and follow-through

Competitive base salary (Range $110k - $120k)
