Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance/Snow Ranger Manager who’s ready to take ownership of field operations, elevate crew performance, and ensure our clients’ sites look their best—no matter the season. This is a role for someone who leads by example, communicates with clarity, and brings out the best in every crew member.

What You’ll Do
Lead With Purpose
Enforce company policies and set the tone for professionalism and reliability
Arrive ready to lead—6:45 a.m. in summer, 4:15 a.m. in winter
Train team members on company standards, expectations, and procedures
Drive Performance & Production
Train crews on production techniques and efficient work practices
Complete job layouts and run customer sites independently
Coordinate daily routes, partners, vehicles, and equipment
Troubleshoot field issues and support crews in real time
Track improvements, efficiencies, and operational challenges
Resolve complaints quickly and professionally
Build Strong Teams
Maintain a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations
Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients
Lead training, development, and onboarding for crew members
Support Crew Leaders in developing new hires
Run team meetings focused on quality, feedback, and customer care
Provide weekly performance feedback to management
Manage Equipment & Company Assets
Maintain a clean driving record
Operate larger trucks, Class 5 trailers, and division equipment
Oversee fleet condition, repairs, and maintenance
Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and returned properly
Lead Safety Excellence
Ensure all Sitedocs and COR documentation is accurate and compliant
Lead daily and weekly safety processes with your team
Participate in annual COR audits
Investigate incidents and facilitate follow‑up meetings
Demonstrate safe equipment operation and enforce PPE use
