Witless Bay is searching for a dedicated Chief Administrative Officer to report directly to the Town Council. You will be responsible for comprehensive operational oversight, focusing on service delivery and community engagement. A strong background in municipal legislation and organizational leadership is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of municipal policies and bylaws

• Advise the Town Council on strategic leadership

• Manage financial and human resource operations

• Evaluate municipal programs and services for effectiveness

• Act as the Town's representative at events and initiatives

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in a leadership role within municipalities

• Education in Business or Public Administration

• Familiarity with community governance legislation

• Proficient in budget management and reporting

• Valid NL driver’s licence and bondable certificate
