The Office Manager at Chief Kahkewistahaw Community School (CKCS) plays a critical role in supporting the Principal and overseeing the daily administrative operations of the school. This position is responsible for ensuring organizational efficiency, staff coordination, effective communication, and the smooth operation of school services and programs. The Office Manager will organize and streamline office procedures, supervise office support staff, manage student data systems, oversee budgets and inventory control, and assist in fostering a positive school environment.

The Office Manager role remains active throughout the summer months, supporting school close-out tasks, preparation for the new school year, and administrative continuity.
