As Branch Manager, report directly to the Area Manager and manage all business operations, including sales goals and human resources. Your leadership will be key in promoting Nutrien’s services and ensuring regulatory compliance while creating a safe and productive environment. Engage with a diverse team to fulfill organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of business plans and budgets

• Manage daily operations to maximize profitability

• Facilitate hiring and staff performance evaluations

• Monitor and maintain accurate financial and inventory records

• Liaise with customers and suppliers for operational success

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in agri-business management

• Minimum 2 years in leadership roles

• Relevant agricultural qualifications

• A valid Canadian driver's license
