Reporting to the Vice President, you will coach and lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to agriculture. Focus on their skill development through personalized strategies while enhancing overall market visibility. Responsibilities include drafting the annual business plan, managing a mid-market portfolio, and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure adherence to compliance and operational procedures as you embody the bank's values in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of agriculture-focused account managers

• Track and support team development through personalized coaching

• Manage the execution of annual business plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent

• 7+ years of relevant banking experience

• Experience in team dynamics and coaching

• Background in commercial credit and business development

• Strong familiarity with agriculture industry
