Position: Supervisor for Mine Equipment Maintenance
Location: Dawson City

Oversee mine equipment maintenance as a Supervisor. Manage trades, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives in an on-site setting.

In this supervisory role, you'll be instrumental in leading maintenance activities and staff coordination. You'll work directly with various teams to enhance the reliability and availability of mining equipment. A focus on safety and communication is crucial for driving performance and addressing any maintenance challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote adherence to safety and environmental practices

• Manage maintenance tasks and schedules to meet deadlines

• Collaborate on the development of operational plans

• Analyze delays and implement relevant improvements

• Ensure compliance with Preventative Maintenance standards

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson's ticket or a related diploma

• At least one year supervisory or leadership experience

• Proven planning and scheduling skills in maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and accountability skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
