Position: Nunavik Housing Bureau Manager Position
Location: Dawson City

Join the Nunavik Housing Bureau in Tasiujaq as a Housing Manager, dedicated to enhancing the social housing experience. This permanent full-time role centers on tenant relations and management activities.

You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Client Services, managing all aspects of housing applications and leases. Your primary focus will be to support tenants through effective communication and services while ensuring the smooth operation of housing programs. This position encourages an inclusive and supportive tenant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housing applications and occupancy leases

• Offer support and information to tenants effectively

• Oversee work orders and evaluate rebate eligibility

• Work collaboratively with the team for better service

• Create a welcoming and organized living space

Requirements:

• Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience

• Two years in client services or related fields

• Proficiency in Inuktitut, French, or English

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver’s license or commitment to training
