Position: Greater Montreal Land Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee land management processes from acquisition to divestment

• Attend land use hearings for permit approvals

• Ensure compliance with mining and reclamation permits

• Negotiate leases and agreements favorable to the company

• Build relationships within the community and with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Minimum 5 years in real estate or mining

• Proficient in GIS and land information systems

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills
