Lead Hydrovac crews at Avenge Energy Services in FORT SASKATCHEWAN, AB. This supervisory role requires expertise in pipeline projects and strong leadership skills to manage crew operations effectively.

Avenge Energy Services is seeking a Field Supervisor experienced in managing Hydrovac crews. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent people skills, organizing 10-40 operators, and coordinating with third-party contractors. Flexibility to travel and work long hours is essential, while you oversee safety and customer service in pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate operator crews and contractors

• Maintain customer relationships and understand their needs

• Collaborate with sales to ensure timely project delivery

• Verify field tickets and driver time sheets daily

• Conduct regular field and truck inspections

Requirements:

• Previous project coordination experience required

• High School Diploma preferred

• H2S Alive and First Aid certifications needed

• Extensive knowledge in Hydrovac operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
