Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily brand operations to meet sales and budget targets

• Manage inventory processes including stock control and ordering

• Hire, train, and develop team members for strong performance

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer service expectations

• Act as the primary manager in the absence of senior management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in high-volume operations

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail management
