FIRST as a Regional Organizing Director in Michigan. This on-site role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing staff while expanding efforts to elect pro-democracy candidates.

As a Regional Organizing Director, you will oversee the daily operations of canvassing teams in Grand Rapids, Marshall, and Paw Paw. Your responsibilities encompass coaching teams to meet goals set by the National Field Director. You will cultivate a supportive team culture while directly impacting the success of our electoral programming this fall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of canvassing teams

• Ensure accountability to metric goals set by leadership

• Build a positive and empowering team environment

• Coach team members to meet weekly outreach goals

• Meet and exceed personal outreach targets

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of organizing or management experience

• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools

• Skills in recruiting and training staff

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
