Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site-based Maintenance Managers and technicians

• Develop maintenance and reliability strategies

• Promote and audit safety and operational standards

• Analyze key performance metrics to improve efficiency

• Handle budget development and vendor management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years in maintenance leadership roles

• Experience overseeing teams of at least 80

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Familiarity with material handling systems and Lean concepts
