Production Manager for Aviation Maintenance

Location: Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Become a crucial part of our aviation team as a Production Manager with a focus on maintenance operations. This rotational role offers both challenge and opportunity in a structured environment.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols. A successful candidate will have either an AME License or four years of aviation experience and two years in management positions. Your proactive management style and strong organizational skills will enhance team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance department operations

• Oversee performance evaluation processes

• Manage vacation requests and training schedules for staff

• Communicate with operations regarding maintenance status

• Implement maintenance procedures and ensure follow-through

Requirements:

• AME License or 4 years aviation experience needed

• 2 years of experience in a management role

• Dependable and punctual with strong leadership skills

• Experience in workplace safety and compliance

• Flexibility with shift work as required
