Position: Manager Air Operations at Purolator
Location: Bruce Peninsula (Wiarton)

Lead and optimize air operations with Purolator in Mount Hope, Ontario. As the Manager Ramp Air, elevate efficiency, promote customer satisfaction, and drive operational success.

In this management role, you will enhance operational standards and effectively address inefficiencies through data collection and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to devise solutions and implement control plans that ensure compliance with transport regulations. Your leadership will directly impact productivity, health and safety, and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify inefficiencies through data collection and analysis

• Collaborate on control plans and solutions

• Promote exceptional customer satisfaction and freight connections

• Monitor operational metrics against established targets

• Plan and evaluate transportation operations and compliance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years managing or supervising employees

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Experience supervising union employees (asset)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Understanding of air freight and ramp operations
