As a key supervisor, you will train and manage ramp staff, ensuring all adhere to safety standards while promoting efficiency and customer service. Establishing a positive work atmosphere and facilitating employee development programs are central to this role. Your bilingual communication skills in French and English will enhance interactions with clients and support team cohesion, requiring flexibility in work hours.
