In the role of CFTS Manager, you will handle all operations related to flying training under the Contracted Flying Training and Support framework. Your duties will include ensuring safety compliance, managing flight operations staff, and analyzing training program data for continuous improvement. This pivotal position requires effective leadership and strategic planning to meet both customer and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Flight Scheduling and Dispatch departments

• Address issues and implement corrective measures quickly

• Communicate effectively to enhance operational productivity

• Maintain compliance with air operator policies

• Conduct investigations of Flight Safety occurrences

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of military training systems

• 5 years experience in civilian flying operations preferred

• Valid instructor certification in aviation

• Ability to travel and work outside normal hours

• Possess Public Service Level 2 Secret Clearance
