Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all operations and maintenance activities for wind farms

• Manage facility staff and contractors to ensure compliance

• Implement training and maintain personnel certification status

• Oversee facility reporting, budgets, and incident investigations

• Drive performance assessments and maintain operational standards

Requirements:

• 15+ years in power plant operations management

• 10+ years leading specialized technical teams

• Engineering or related management degree preferred

• Knowledge of Alberta power market an asset

• Experience in contract management and project delivery
