Take charge as a Brand Manager with ONroute, supporting multiple travel centres throughout Canada. Lead operations, manage teams, and enhance customer service experiences.

As the Brand Manager, you will oversee high-traffic brand operations within ONroute’s diverse outlets. This role combines financial accountability with hands-on leadership during busy hours, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer engagement. Your ability to manage inventory and staff effectively will be key to success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily brand operations to achieve sales goals

• Manage meticulous inventory processes and control

• Coach and develop team members for optimal performance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Monitor and evaluate customer service quality

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in supervisory roles within high-volume operations

• Background in food service or hospitality management

• Strong understanding of POS systems and Excel

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills

• Reliable transportation necessary for work
