Senior Director for Trusts and Estates

Lead the management of trusts and estate planning with Demers Beaulne L.L.P. in Montreal. This role demands expertise in post-mortem planning and multidisciplinary client interactions.

As a Senior Director, you will oversee trusts and mandate management while serving as the liaison for clients. Your responsibilities include steering staff assignments and addressing various client inquiries. Successful candidates will bring innovation, collaboration, and a high customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage trusts and estate settlements

• Coordinate multidisciplinary client requests effectively

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries

• Oversee progress of staff on assigned files

• Develop cross-border tax strategies for clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of investment and planning products

• Familiarity with U.S. estate tax rules

• Proficient in Caseware and MS Office software

• Bilingualism is an asset
