This full-time position tasks you with overseeing the daily operations of a repair shop focused on heavy trucks and cranes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily shop activities and ensure timely service repairs

• Initiate and manage work orders for tracking job progress

• Administer parts inventory input and output processes

• Maintain service and compliance records using company systems

• Communicate effectively with vendors and manufacturers

Requirements:

• 2-5 years leadership experience in a service shop

• Knowledge in parts outsourcing and service operations

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
