Lead multi-site operations as Director of Operations at Dexterra Group, a leader in building automation controls. This role focuses on performance management, client relationships, and service excellence.

Dexterra Group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to drive operational leadership across various locations. You will ensure all sites meet contractual obligations and financial targets by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and service standards. Your leadership will support Area and Account Managers while enhancing client partnerships and ensuring a high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites

• Deliver high-quality building automation controls systems

• Build relationships with key client stakeholders

• Monitor KPIs and contract requirements performance

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

Requirements:

• 7+ years leadership experience in building automation

• Proven multi-site management expertise

• Strong financial acumen including P&L oversight

• Excellent client relationship skills

• Ability to balance strategic and hands-on leadership
