Lead Infrastructure Project Management

Location: Victoria

Become the leader of project management initiatives at Defence Construction Canada. Oversee infrastructure projects while managing team performance and Client-Partner relations effectively.

In this Team Leader role, you will coordinate work for environmental initiatives and ensure high-quality project deliverables. With a focus on managing human resources and risks, your experience will drive project success and collaboration. This position demands leadership in both technical and interpersonal capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present project documentation for approvals

• Work with Client-Partners to coordinate project tasks

• Conduct monthly project monitoring and reporting

• Integrate service lines and promote business development

• Ensure standards meet DCC and stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum college diploma in a relevant field

• 5 years of applicable project management experience

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

• Knowledge of project management principles

• Ability to adapt to a typical office and construction site environment
