Position: Senior Naval Operations SME Role

Join Lockheed Martin Canada as a Senior Subject Matter Expert in Naval Operations. Engage in delivering advanced training solutions for military operations and support the Royal Canadian Navy effectively.

This key role within the Rotary and Mission Systems team entails overseeing the analysis, design, and delivery of training products essential for Force Generation. Successful candidates will actively participate in collaborative training environments and enhance operational readiness for the Royal Canadian Navy and allied forces. You will integrate with various teams and ensure training solutions meet specific customer needs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operational training design and analysis

• Manage training event schedules and inter-program support

• Facilitate classroom instruction and mentoring

• Lead continuous training improvements and feedback sessions

• Support Warfare Commander roles in simulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years’ experience or 7 with a Master’s

• Expert Naval Operations Room qualifications

• Proven experience in military training program development

• Strong understanding of RCN cross-domain operations

• Strong familiarity with Lockheed Martin systems and processes
