BGBx seeks a strategic Director of Project Management to guide an internal portfolio, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Account teams to prioritize projects, optimize resource allocation, and navigate complex client relationships. Your leadership will also enhance operational efficiency across diverse engagements while mentoring Project Managers to foster team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to ensure proactive client communication

• Assess resource needs for assigned accounts effectively

• Lead project reviews for continuous improvement

• Oversee risk mitigation for complex engagements

• Manage portfolio budgets and forecast financial risks

Requirements:

• 8+ years in project management, healthcare preferred

• Proven leadership of high-performing teams

• Expertise in budgeting and portfolio management

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
