Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Agents

• Establish performance expectations and career development plans

• Own outage communications and maintain communication templates

• Oversee client support across multiple channels

• Define and monitor support SLAs for client communications

Requirements:

• 5+ years in customer support or operational leadership

• 3+ years of people management experience

• Proven track record in building support teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
