Key Responsibilities:

• Drive rigorous company-wide execution and priorities

• Interface with department heads and lead productive meetings

• Convert the founder’s vision into clear, actionable strategies

• Maintain accountability for marketing and sales revenue

• Direct quarterly and annual planning to maximize impact

Requirements:

• Significant experience as COO or Integrator in a similar setting

• Experience in businesses between $3M and $15M annually

• Capability to supervise and manage department leaders

• Day-to-day independence from the founder's tasks

• Deep understanding of market strategies and growth frameworks
