Lead Tern's sales management as our Head of Sales. Drive strategic growth initiatives, refine sales processes, and coach the team to reach enterprise customers.
As the Head of Sales at Tern, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This role involves owning revenue targets and mentoring a team of Account Executives to enhance efficiency and minimize sales cycle times. Your expertise in developing Ideal Customer Profiles and maintaining Hub Spot hygiene will directly impact our sales trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive agency revenue from enterprise accounts
• Mentor the sales team through regular pipeline reviews
• Define Ideal Customer Profile in collaboration with marketing
• Ensure robust Hub Spot management with accurate data
• Create a repeatable sales playbook for new team members
Requirements:
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas
• Strong coaching and training abilities
• Ability to manage both enterprise and SMB sales cycles
• High proficiency in Hub Spot and data management
• 4-7+ years in relevant B2B SaaS sales environments
