Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate facility projects with minimal disruption
• Develop and implement property maintenance plans
• Monitor contractor performance and manage communications
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines at all locations
• Evaluate and oversee supplier performance
Requirements:
• Extensive facilities coordination experience
• Familiarity with commercial leases and property legislation
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Teams
• Background in health and safety management
• Relevant project management knowledge preferred
