Position: Diamond City Farm Foreman Opportunity
Location: International Border Region (Cardston)

Take charge of a beef cattle ranch as a Farm Foreman in Diamond City, Alberta. Use your industry knowledge to optimize livestock care and farm management.

This permanent, full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years in ranching or farming. As a supervisor, you'll create plans for farm operations, lead a team, and ensure the implementation of safety and bio-security measures.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and animal health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plans to prioritize farm activities effectively

• Monitor and diagnose livestock health issues

• Organize and supervise various farm tasks

• Maintain accurate records for livestock and work

• Train and hire staff as needed

Requirements:

• Must hold a high school graduation certificate

• Experience between 3 and 5 years in beef cattle operations

• Proficient in operating farm machinery

• Ability to work in demanding physical conditions

• Eligible to work in Canada
